To Members of WMSC
The end of another season has come. Although it wasn’t a perfect season we did have a successful one, because of you our membership base has stayed strong.
We were able to organize our Annual Steak feed/Poker Run which was attended by many. We cooked 125+ steaks, had a successful Poker Run and 50/50 raffle. Thanks go out to the volunteers and the Butchers Daughter in Gorham NH who helped us secure many of the items needed to host this fundraising event.
We also participated in the NHSA Super Raffle which resulted in a profit of over $2000.
The club continues to maintain and improve 95+ miles of trails, installing and repairing bridges, installing and removing stakes and ropes at the golf course and working with our landowners. Without our landowners we would not have a trail system.
“PLEASE STAY ON THE TRAILS”.
The club is in the process of applying for grants to replace our 2001 Bombardier groomer and drag. A new groomer and drag can cost upwards of $300,000.
In 2021 WMSC was awarded a GIA grant for approximately $38,000 to recondition our Tucker groomer. The club needs to update and maintain our equipment on a regular basis in order to continue to offer the best trails for you.
Enjoy your summer and look for the 2022/2023 newsletter and renewal form in October 2022.
Once again WMSC would like to thank you for all your support!
It is in part to your generosity that we are able to continue with our club. If you would like to donate to the club, please click on the below link. We appreciate all donations, big or small.
The WMSC Officers would like to thank everyone that bought Super Raffle Tickets this year!
